Research And Analysis On The Daily Management System Of Students In Dongguan Multidimensional International School

In order to improve the level of information management schools to solve our students as classroom attendance management, leave management, management, student discipline problems in daily management, scientific and rational implementation of students’ daily management processes, improve the daily management of our students efficiency, starting from the actual situation of the school, our school established for the development of students’ daily management system to meet the needs of today’s fast development of information technology.This paper introduces the Multidimensional Dongguan International School students’ daily management of the project background, significance and current status of research and application, defined the main content of work and thesis research; business analysis, the thesis of system problems, organizations Dongguan multidimensional international schools and existing business processes were analyzed, and finally got the optimized business processes; in functional analysis, using UML modeling language, by use case diagrams and use case descriptions, clear system modules and function, and given the system’s overall function package diagram and the corresponding sub-function package diagram. Modular system contains are: student classroom attendance management, leave management, discipline management, door post management, class management, accommodation management, basic information management, systems management; in the data analysis, the real class system for each control type depend conduct analysis given entity class diagram, and design a relational database table, complete modeling of the database. Finally, do research and analysis are summarized, and further work in the future.Preliminary papers have demonstrated Dongguan dimensional thinking of building an international school students ’daily management of the system, and completed the integrity of the system design, development and research work in Dongguan multidimensional international school students’ daily management of the foundation.
