Today,more and more closely related to economic development and science and technology,innovation is more and more important to the development of enterprise,management innovation can make the enterprise stand out in the competition.The cost of the enterprise management way also need to constantly innovation,make the enterprise financial situation more mastery.With the development of the Internet,especially the wide application of computer technology,for the enterprise cost management innovation provides more ways.Luyuan construction co,LTD in Inner Mongolia in the traditional cost management mode,reimbursement costs usually manually fill out all kinds of expense account,the expense report sent to the department leaders at all levels for examination and approval,the examination and approval and then sent to the finance department for examination and approval,the final payment reimbursement amount,such reimbursement process not only time-consuming,and manually fill in reimbursement approach is inefficient and prone to errors,a lot of paper expense account will not only waste resources,but is not convenient to save and organize the bills for enterprise development an important role in the information is not effectively use,so the electronic mode of cost management for enterprise's development is of great significance.The Paperbase on the actual cost of the Inner Mongolia luyuan construction co.,LTD.Management model as the background,first has carried on the demand analysis to this system,including the system overall demand analysis,demand analysis of each function module and system non-functional requirements analysis,using UML modeling language to build the function of each module of the use case diagram and activity diagram.Then according to the demand analysis,the system architecture,each function module and database design,including system architecture adopts B/S architecture,design patterns using MVC design pattern;Core business function module is divided into project configuration management,expense management,business trip expenses management,task list management,system management,and through the class diagram and sequence diagram are introduced in detail the function of each module design;Database design first concept model of database design system overall E-R diagram design are given,then the database logic model design in various data tables of database design is given.In this system design for five kinds of roles:ordinary employees,financial personnel,project manager,cashier personnel,system administrators,different roles have different operating authority,using the system user distribution department and role of the strategy,so as to guarantee the security of the system as much as possible.Using Mysql database technology in database design,and USES the database connection pool in the database access durid,effectively avoid the possible data processing system using peak slowly,long response time,and a series of problems.Through the reimbursement management system design and implementation and the functions of each module and performance testing,the system can realize the core functions of the small and medium enterprises daily expense management and approval management,staff and leadership only need to login system,can according to the system prior to the development of application single template filling out expense application information,submit the application in automation of single circulation to the audit,audit to determine whether the,reimbursement of this information greatly improves the work efficiency,saving employees' reimbursement time,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
