Design, Workflow Technology And Real Model-based Reimbursement System

With the business competition sharpening, the quality of information required by the management has become increasingly demanding. Nowadays both the manual and traditional way of imbursement nrocessing provides information viewing accounting documents as the core. While data obtained in this way is already filtered and standardized by accounting information view, it can still not be able to reflect the original business to the management completely and immediately when providing decision support. With the change of organization form, the management of reimbursement should be apt to changes, that is, the ability to manage the business process. Internet technology makes people's work no longer limited by geographic location like before, thus providing a broader space for the application of reimbursement system to some extent.By analyzing characteristics of reimbursement business, this paper designs a reimbursement system by choosing the technology and method which is able to manage business processes flexibly and collect detailed operational data completely. Therefore, based on the theoretical support of process management, this paper selects workflow technology and REAL modeling method to analyze and design the reimbursement system to be able to manage business processes flexibly and enhance the quality of information collected, thus achieving the goal to control business expenses effectively, to improve the working methods and efficiency, as well as to improve competitiveness.Referring to the general characteristics and needs of reimbursement business, the paper gives analysis and design for a common reimbursement system mainly by setting system objectives, requirements analysis and overall design, and also modeling the relevant business process by using REAL modeling method and designing the organization model and workflow process data model proper for the workflow management. The common imbursement system, combined of the specific circumstances of the A-company, the paper not only analyzes the problems under both the manual and traditional way of imbursement processing, but analyzes and designs the imbursement system proper for A-company. The main content includes analyzing the business status of A-company, system analysis, overall design and detailed design, plus giving application examples base on the content of analyzing and designing, that is, document generation and process mining applications.Finally, the paper summarizes the implementation of the reimbursement system and gives prospects, including a summary of problems solved and raising deficiencies which will be further studied and solved in the future.
