Research On WeChat Official Account Of Provincial Archives

In recent years,new media "hot" has become a social phenomenon.On the one hand,it has caused a certain impact on the traditional media,on the other hand,it provides a new platform for government departments,enterprises and individuals.They use social media to improve their services and make social promotion.As the highest utilization of new media,WeChat with its own advantages and characteristics of communication become the "era of spoiled".Many governments began to use the"micro" force to promote the spreading of government information,improve the image of the government,enhance the service level,and exert the "government"energy on the fingertips.Government WeChat has also become another tool to improve government work following the official website and micro-blog.With the development of this trend,the archives department began to explore the path of archival WeChat in 2013.How to use the WeChat official account to help archive work and inject new breath into the archive work has also become an unavoidable new topic for the archival department and archival science research.At present,WeChat official accounts of archive have made many good achievements,but in the actual process,there are many problems that can not be ignored,and the archival departments need to actively deal with it.Based on this,this paper takes the Wechat official account of the provincial archives as the research object,and probes into the development path of it.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,significance,research situation,research contents,research methods and ideas,research characteristics and shortcomings.The second chapter is the overview of WeChat official account.After a brief introduction to the concept and development of WeChat and WeChat official account,the propagation characteristics of WeChat official account are analyzed,which are mainly three points:amount of user,strong of user interaction and user initiative.Finally,it puts forward the significance of WeChat official account to enhance archives' affinity to the people,promote archives publicity,improve archival service level,and enhance communication between archives departments and users.The third chapter is the base situation of WeChat official account of provincial archives.By adding the WeChat official account of provincial archives,this chapter makes an in-depth investigation of the opening and using status,account type and function introduction,first greeting mode,message response and function menu of it.And the present situation and characteristics of the current account are compared and summarized.The fourth chapter is the content push analysis of WeChat official account of provincial archives.This chapter will collect all the articles of WeChat official account of provincial archives from the beginning to June 30,2017.After a brief introduction to the sample constitute and research ideas,we use the content analysis method and Excel to make statistics and comparative analysis on the contents of WeChat offical account from the four aspects of pushing general situation,content types,text styles and pushing effects to know and analyse the phenomena and characteristics of current content push well.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the factors affecting the development of WeChat official account of provincial archives.This chapter analyzes five important factors,which is policy factors,institutional factors,ideological awareness,social needs and media technology,afFecting the development of WeChat official account of provincial archives and some common problems according to the survey,which has attracted the attention of every archival department.The last chapter is the proposal to speed up the development of WeChat official account of provincial archives.This chapter mainly analyzes the development path of the current status of the WeChat official account of provincial archives from the preliminary investigation,the factor analysis and the existing problems.It puts forward that WeChat official account of provincial archives should be clearly positioned,enhance awareness,emphasize demand,enrich team,strengthen training and standardize management,so as to speed up the development of account.
