With the continuous progress of human exploration of the sea,the underwater acoustic communication network has been widely used in marine exploration and development. The timely and effective transmission of information in the underwater acoustic communication network depends on the connectivity of the whole network. In order to ensure the completion of the underwater information transmission task,it is very important to analyze the connectivity of the whole underwater acoustic communication network. In the underwater communication network, the completion of various communication tasks is based on acoustic waves,so the sound propagation characteristics also affect the efficiency of underwater acoustic communication network.Reliable Acoustic Path(RAP)is one of the deep-sea acoustic propagation modes. When the sound waves propagate through the reliable acoustic path, the influence of the sea surface and the submarine on the acoustic propagation path is small,so it can spread far distance.Transmission loss is relatively small. At the same time, the reliable path avoids the interface reverberation and the more serious channel axis,so that the received signal quality is improved.Based on the acoustic propagation in the deep sea, this paper analyzes the physical mechanism and acoustic propagation characteristics of the acoustic path, and analyzes the connectivity of the underwater acoustic communication network from the perspective of acoustic propagation.Firstly, the acoustic propagation characteristics in the deep sea are analyzed.Three kinds of acoustic propagation modes in the deep sea channel are propagated around the channel axis and propagated through the convergence area. The simulation is carried out by means of the reliable acoustic path propagation. The application of the radiological theory in the treatment of the sound trajectory and the acoustic propagation loss is studied,As well as the ray theory based on the Bellhop sound field calculation program.Secondly, the acoustic propagation characteristics of the acoustic path are simulated. The influence of sound velocity distribution, seawater depth and frequency on the acoustic propagation of the acoustic path is analyzed. The influence of the acoustic wave on the acoustic propagation characteristics of the sound waves through the reliable acoustic path is studied. The application of acoustic line reciprocity in acoustic acoustic communication through acoustic path propagation is studied. The influence of submarine topography on the acoustic propagation of reliable acoustic path is studied. Finally, based on the acoustic field distribution under the acoustic path,an algorithm for analyzing the connectivity of deepwater acoustic communication network is proposed based on the computer graph theory.Based on the complex seabed terrain conditions, the connectivity of a given deepwater acoustic communication network is studied based on the deep sea acoustic communication network node.
