Implementation Of Plm Key Technology Research And Applications In The Textile Machinery Manufacturing Companies

PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) enables the product data, the technical documents, the work flow, the project change, the project management and so on to exchange, integrate and share effectively, then to realize the integration of the information and process of the product life cycle and cooperation in the application. In the textile machine manufacturing industry, the efficiency of the process of product development has the direct influence to the turnover of the company even to the profit. The paper studys the implementation of the core technology of PLM and its application in the textile machine manufacturing enterprise.This paper starts with the three core technology of PLM respectively, namely the product modeling technology, the information integrating technology and the standardized technology. Firstly, it analyses the modeling of the enterprise, studies the model theory of the enterprise, and makes a more thorough discussion of the information construction in the present typical spinning machine manufacturing enterprise in our country. It has also established the model panorama drawing for the typical spinning machine manufacturing enterprise reference, and built the platform for realizing the information construction of enterprise and cooperating the working conditions. Then it introduces the information integrating technology of PLM. The isolated information state has become the crucial problem to restrict the depth development of the manufacturing industry. If the enterprise can not really resolve the isolated information problem, the information construction is difficult to succeed. Take PLM as the foundation, integrating CAx, PDM, SCM, MRP II and so on in the enterprise together, will be a feasible measure to realize the enterprise information integration. Next it discusses the standardized technology of PLM. People have paid more and more attention to the status and function of the standardized work in the enterprise development. The standardization supervisory work under traditional manual pattern can not satisfy the need of the enterprise standardization supervisory work, so the enterprise urgently needs one kind of advanced computer technology to help the development of the standardized work. PLM can make up the flaw of the traditional supervisory work.Finally, it discusses the concrete implementary plan, the effect of the plan implementation, and the economical analysis of one textile machinery manufacturing enterprise as well as its model function to other enterprises in this industry.
