With the rapid development of social informatization,enterprise management informationization has become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and realize the innovation of management,there fore,the integrated information system and networked information technology can perfect and effectively manage the internal control of enterprises mechanism.Enterprise information can effectively improve the transparency of information,improve enterprise emp loyees' work efficiency,and improve the efficiency of enterprise employees and reduce business risk for improving efficiency.In order to realize the informationization of the enterprise,this paper designed and achieved the business management information system,which can effectively manage the loan business-related information for the customers who need to be provided the loan business for the business situation of Hong Gao Automobile Company.First of all,we analyzed the need of the smooth card inform ation management system.We analyzed the system mainly for its business needs,customer needs,technical needs and functional requirements,and focused on making a detailed demand for mining and analysis of the system requirements of the portal and We Cha t.In the portal and We Chat,the functional modules and business processes were respectively analyzed in detail.Secondly,the system was designed in detail.First of all,the business process of system is designed and analyzed,mainly business process con vergence,including the convergence with the Hong Gao,and their own business integration.The system architecture is designed,and the overall design of the software architecture is described from the technical level.Then,the database is designed,inclu ding the design of tables and fields in detail.According to the overall needs,the specific function point of design is given,including function design of We Chat,portal and background database.Finally,the information management system of smooth card w as achieved and evaluated.First of all,specific function module interface and function of the portal and We Chat system and the background database system have been successfully achieved through an example,and the results are good.Second,the business s ituation was assessed after on the line of smooth card,the assessment found the system support the effectiveness of the business is 38.83%,and it achieved better results.
