WebRTC is a real-time communication technology based on Web in recent years.It has been widely used in the industry,which is expected to become the standard of the next generation video call.However,the performance of WebRTC in the mobile network environment is poor.Due to the business needs for QoE and assessment methods are very different,and in addition to the objective factors,there are still many uncertainties in the user's subjective behavior,how to evaluate and improve the QoE of mobile application services faces many difficulties.This problem is a hot topic in the academic field,has high research value.This paper aims to study the transmission optimization scheme of WebRTC in the mobile network environment from the point of view of QoE.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the QoS parameters such as network delay,jitter and packet loss rate,a QoE-based mobile WebRTC transmission optimization strategy MRSTM is proposed based on the integrated power consumption and comprehensive analysis of QoE.Through the design of the link state detector and transmission rate controller which based on the analysis of network scenario,MRSTM effectively solve the problem that the link state estimation is not accurate and the transmission rate is not controlled properly,makes WebRTC better performance in the mobile network environment,improve the user's QoE.(2)In order to solve the problem of WebRTC multi-stream competition in mobile network environment,this paper proposes a WebRTC concurrency management mechanism MTCIS,which preferentially guarantees user QoE.The mechanism includes two modules:improved TCP-friendly mechanism and RTP concurrent flow management mechanism.The improved TCP-friendly mechanism can compete reasonably with the TCP stream under the premise of prioritizing user's QoE,avoiding the problem of WebRTC hunger.While the RTP concurrent flow management mechanism to solve the best QoE video parameter set according to the available bandwidth estimation value,effectively shorten the time of the newly added RTP flow to achieve transmission balance,reduce the video freezes phenomenon.MTCIS can effectively guarantee the WebRTC reasonable competition,stability and robustness,and further improve the user's QoE experience.
