In this paper we present three new methods of image manipulation including Linear Parallel Search Method for Region Labeling, Statistical Peaking Method for Object-Size Ascertainment and Characteristic-Points Matching Method for Object Recognizing. Based on those methods above, we developed an image recognizing system for automatically examining of Nuclear Track Membranes. The results show that the code based on our new methods has pretty well function on accuracy, robust, efficiency of image examining. Accordingly, this system can basically satisfy the request for examining and controlling technology in the process of producing Nuclear Track Membranes.
