Research And Development Of NC Teaching System Based On ICAI

With the advent of Internet plus intelligent manufacturing model,the demand of NC professional knowledge is increasing rapidly for people,the demand of NC compound talents increases for enterprises.The purpose of this paper is,based on the intelligent computer assisted instruction system(ICAI),analyses the related properties in the field of numerical control,researches intelligent online teaching system of NC technology and develops the related platform,the main research contents and results are as follows:The teaching model of NC system is constructed,which includes intelligent evaluation model and control strategy reasoning mechanism.Firstly,preliminary evaluation on NC professional level and cognitive ability of students is made,intelligent evaluation model is constructed based on fuzzy theory,students' professional knowledge and learning ability are evaluated.Then according to the attribute of knowledge in numerical control field,the depth first search method,weighted directed graph of knowledge tree and topological sorting method are used to calculate the optimal teaching strategy.Knowledge base in the NC field is established,which lays the foundation of the numerical control intelligent teaching.Because of the strong practical characteristics of NC fields,the flash animations of the operation and principle of NC,simulation files of NC machining,NC programming,NC simulation are established.XML,VRML and HTML hypertext format are introduced.A NC teaching knowledge base is built based on the Studio Visual software.Intelligent test system is established just as the basis for examining students' professional learning ability.Mathematical model of the intelligent test paper is constructed through binary ant colony artificial intelligence algorithm and binary encoding.Intelligent test and evaluation of key points,theoretical and practical knowledge are implemented by changing the pheromone,which effectively reduces the storage space.Based on the above theoretical research and analysis,the development of NC intelligent teaching system is achieved through Visual Studio,C# programming environment,Sql Server database.
