Teaching Level Evaluation System Design And Implementation In University

In our universities, the teaching level evaluation is not only an important part of teaching management, but also an important guarantee of improving the quality of teachers continuously. Aiming at the evaluation of teaching for the problems and deficiencies in universities, this comprehensive evaluation of the theory and method. First, We use qualitative analysis and expert advice combining to establish evaluation index of university teachers' teaching system; and then use hierarchical determined by analytic index weight coefficient; finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the level of all-round teaching and multi-level evaluation system. We developed students' evaluation system based on Browser / Server's structure. This system focuses on the communication between evaluators and evaluatees, and for the purpose of promoting teacher's development. By case study, the findings show that the system for teachers' evaluation has high reference value.
