With the continuous development of China's commercial banks, difficulty of credit business increased.Meanwhile,China's commercial banks' credit quality is worrying and non-performing loan ratio and systemic risk is too high.Based on this background,we need to establish a scientific and systematic management system which implement a full range of regulatory management to bank loans so as to prevent credit asset risk. The bank credit management system is based on modern computer network technology and information storage technology which aims to reduce the complexity of bank credit operations and its credit risk.In addition, the system can store and integrate credit information of customers, providing the most comprehensive research information for the credit business of commercial banks. The design and implementation of this system has far-reaching significance for the management of commercial banks in China. This paper systematically expounds the whole process of the initial design and implementation of the credit management system of commercial banks. Then,we analyze the needs of customers at different levels and design corresponding system architecture. This system mainly realizes the six functional modules, such as customer management, business management, interest management, integrated management, query statistics, and system management which fully realize the bank credit management work of all electronic process processing. In general, the implementation of this system improves the personnel business level and the quality of credit assets, enhances the bank's credit risk control ability, and guarantee the healthy development of the bank's credit business. This has important theoretical significance for some small and medium-sized bank credit business.
