Campus security has become a hot issue of social concern.A safe and harmonious campus environment is an important part of building a harmonious society.At present,the campus security has become one of the outstanding problems in colleges and universities,the main problems include campus security issue,fire safety issue,and traffic safety issue.With the construction of "safe campus" in recent years,higher requirements have been proposed for campus safety management.The security office of China University of Petroleum is responsible for school safety supervision,safety management,fire protection and traffic management,it plays the roles in connecting past and present,comprehensive supervision,managing security and maintaining stability.Therefore we need to change traditional management ways and decision-making methods,and make use of advanced information technology to dynamically track the management of the various safety work,to improve emergency response system,and then to improve the level of management,decision-making,coordination and service,as well as promote the campus safety management information and intelligence.The purpose of this project is to build a campus security management service platform in China University of Petroleum.In this paper,the author first expounds on the project background and research status at home and abroad,analyzes the present situation of the application and put forward the problems to be solved in this paper,and then put forward the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the system construction,sums up the core business of the project.After the system requirement analysis,the overall design of the system is proposed,including function structure design,network topology design,application architecture design,data architecture design and database design.After the overall design,the platform test is described in detail,including functional and nonfunctional requirements testing and verification.Finally,the overall implementation plan of the platform is put forward.This paper detailed describes the design and implementation plan of a campus security management services platform,which is based on the advanced design concepts,the automation technology and the network technology.With the help of the security management and traceability provided by the platform,the managers are able to make comprehensive,accurate and timely decision-making so as to promote the management level and service quality.
