The power industry is one of China’s basic industries, it is not only closely related topeople’s daily life, but also provides a strong guarantee for the rapid and stabledevelopment of the national economy. With the expansion of the scale of operation of thepower enterprises, the business also continue to expand, power companies have putforward higher requirements for the safety of the production. Power enterprises shouldalways adhere to "people-oriented, safety first" approach, in order to create more efficiencyand achieve better development. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a comprehensiveelectrical safety management system.The safety management system in this paper is a designed management system which isbased on the power plant information platform, use the MVC pattern, and is based on the statusquo of the power plant safety management. It can not only win reputation for the enterprise, but alsoreduce the personnel and property losses, and improve work efficiency.According to the software engineering standards, I did a comprehensive andsystematic development on the system. First of all, I found out the status and significanceof the power plant safety management system. Then, based on the actual research, Iproposed system requirements. After that, in the overall design phase, I determined thearchitecture of the safety management system. Finally, I carried out detailed design andimplementation of the system. The safety management system in this paper is a secondarydevelopment based on power plant information platform, In the detailed design stage, Ianalysed and designed the twenty-four modules put forward in the framework of theoverall design, In the implementation phase, by the way of customizing parameters, I notonly fulfilled the various functional modules, but also assigned system permissions to theroles.
