Design Of Government Investment Project Management Information System Based On FCA Dynamic Feedback Model

With the development of economy,more and more attention has been paid to government investment projects.Newer and higher requirements for project management have been proposed at all states,whether in the period of project reporting,auditing,or post project construction and completion acceptance,national investment projects need more efficient and scientific management.Project review is the core of project management,which aims to create a comprehensive,multi angle,and dynamic management platform of project.This platform can monitor the project in time and ensure that the project has been effectively managed.This paper studies the information management system of the government investment project based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The common project management schemes were analyzed and compared,and the characteristics of the project evaluation model were discussed.For example,in order to establish the management information system of investment project of local government on the basis of the original evaluation model,by fully considering the individual differences,characteristics,regional characteristics and other factors of project that participate in the evaluation,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with dynamic feedback mechanism is proposed.Based on this method,the government invested project information management system was realized.In this paper,the requirements of information system were analyzed and the use case diagram,flow chart,concept data model and logical data model of the information system have been established.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was studied and improved and the dynamic feedback mechanism was added.The Power Designer Sybase 15 was used to build the UML model,the Developer Express.NET v8.3 was used to realize interface framework of this system,and the PhpStorm was selected for code writing and debugging of management system.Using MySQL as the background database helps to analysis and design.Finally,the construction of government investment project management information system platform has been realized.After testing,the system platform run stably and realized the dynamic management of project index system.
