In the business context of scattered and key item management,this thesis has discussed the design and implementation of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)-based scattered-item management system,and developed such a system based on RFID technology.Through investigation of the status quo and development trend of varied scattered-item management systems,we find that in practical work of existing systems,there have been possible difficulties such as replaced items,blurred item labels,indefinite item location and absence of reminder for lost items.Moreover,those systems also lack identity verification of management personnel and therefore security of item management during the procedures like the lending and returning of items.In terms of the investigation results,it is suggested to formulate double-tag binding system by utilizing EPC encoding rules of electronic tag in RFID,as well as establish an item displacement warning mechanism through reader and transponder.We have established SOA-based WCF service by employing.Net and SQL Server techniques,developed scatter item management system and then carried out a system testing.From the perspective of practical application,this thesis has discussed the management of scattered items in daily work,and designed business models such as double-tag binding system and displacement warning system.After using the scattered-item management system,enterprises and institutions can alter their traditional business model and thus improve work efficiency,so as to elevate informationization and modern management level of enterprises.
