With the proposal of the Industrial 4.0 strategic plan,the dawn of the fourth industrial revolution is breaking.China's industrial manufacturing industry is at a critical moment of upgrading and transformation,and high precision displacement sensor technology,as a modern scientific comprehensive technology connecting various fields,is widely used in various fields.With the advent of the information industry era,the market requirements for angular displacement sensors are becoming higher and higher,which can meet the requirements of sensor miniaturization and high-precision measurement.At present,the most used angular displacement sensor in the market is the grating,but due to the manufacturing process problems in China,has been unable to break through the research and development of grating manufacturing,so the domestic uses of the grating are basically dependent on imports,which also causes our country in this field has been "stuck neck".Due to the technical blockade imposed by developed countries on China,China's economic development and national defense security will suffer a huge blow.Therefore,it is extremely urgent for China to independently develop high-precision angular displacement sensors.According to the research of the current market demand,the angular displacement sensor needs to have such advantages as strong reliability,miniaturization,high accuracy,lower cost characteristics,therefore,in view of the above requirements,based on the time grid sensing technology,the research of the double-layer sinusoidal time grid angular displacement sensor was carried out.The main research contents of this topic include:?Explore the basic principle of time-varying electromagnetic field,expatiate the measurement principle of time gate sensor,briefly summarize the process of the development of magnetic field type time gate from mechanical single-tooth type to planar coil type and the measurement principle of magnetic field type time gate;?Based on the time-gate sensing technology,combined with the time-varying magnetic field theory,with the way of magnetic field simulation,the structure of the planar coil of the time-gate sensor is deeply studied,and the preliminary model of the double-layer sinusoidal time-gate angular displacement sensor is determined through the comparison of several structures;?Based on the initial structure of the sensor,Solid Works software was used to build the overall electromagnetic simulation model of the sensor.The Ansoft Maxwell software was used to conduct electromagnetic simulation of the established model,and the theoretical feasibility of the sensor was verified by simulation.And use MATLAB software for data processing and error analysis;?Design the experimental system including software and hardware,and build the sensor experimental platform.Based on the theoretical model,a prototype sensor is designed with PCB technology,and the stability and precision measurement experiments are carried out on the prototype sensor.The experimental results are analyzed and the error sources of the prototype experiment are discussed.The double-layer sinusoidal time-gate angular displacement sensor is mainly based on theoretical analysis,magnetic field model simulation and experimental verification.Combined with theory and practice,the structure of the magnetic field-type time-gate sensor is optimized.The final experimental results show that the original error of the sensor in the range of 0°?360° of the prototype is within ?360 ?(-13.38",19.29"),which realizes the high-precision measurement.
