In now the society, many costume distributors driven by the interests, Sell fake brand clothing, change products and be engaged in other irregularities to make people suffer huge losses. In order to protect consumer interests and brand garment enterprises, distributor's monitoring and managements are paid more and more attention by enterprises and the whole community. Currently brand garment enterprises manage their distributors only by management manual, punishment and some unannounced visits. However these methods can not play a real management role.Aiming at distributor's increasingly serious violations, firstly we analyze current RFID technology of cutting-edge theoretical research and some classic application comprehensively, describe the key problem of apparel enterprise informatization, and obtain some application bottlenecks and advantages. Then study possible security risks and risk assessment, proposes a feasible and effective RFID security protocols, dynamic key, and other corresponding strategies.Secondly Design mobile RFID readers overall and particularly describe the project design of hardware and software, especially some study to involving key parts, RFID reader module and communication module.Thirdly through innovative expansion of traditional RFID Anti-counterfeiting inquires, we build a mobile RFID based monitoring applications'system, acquire overall monitoring system architecture model by studying. Then design each functional module, including modules design, access platforms, mobile terminals, RFID data transmission, and background information system, this will achieve the platform of the mobile RFID system for monitoring apparel distributor.At last we comply with design principles to determine monitoring system development environment, builds a monitoring system for apparel distributor with Web Service technology, Brings about smart mobile software development, database development and platform software, including apparel product information inquires, binding information inquires, illegal surveillance and offending record inquires and other functional modules, then gives a running instance of the system and its analysis, and this gets a satisfactory experimental results. It is really effective for branded apparel to monitor apparel distributors'violations, and to enhance brand awareness and profits. A mobile RFID-based monitoring system for apparel distributor in this paper achieves simply effective monitoring and management for authorized distributors. Using SMS as data transmission channels realizes a low-cost information exchange and is in line with majority of branded apparel companies for its monitoring and management needs.
