| At the present stage,it can be found from the articles and reports regarding personal archive donation behavior,that personal donation of archives is beneficial to enrich the library collections,optimize the library collection structure,save the fund,and more advantageous to protect the human cultural heritage.However,there are many factors influencing the personal archive donation behavior,mainly include:archive donation system is not sound,library is not well known among the public,archive owner is poor in the donation consciousness,the full-time archive donation staff is in great demand,the library website insufficiently spread propaganda among the masses,reward-rule does not conform to the standard,etc.By studying and analyzing the articles and reports about personal archive donation behavior,this article summarizes the subject,motivation,rule and the impact factors of the personal archive donation behavior.And on the basis this article put forward the strategy of promoting personal archive donation behavior through strengthening spreading propaganda,highlighting the regional feature to inspire hometown feelings,formulating archive donation methods,and building the archive donator trust platform. |
