In recent years,with the rapid population growth,increasing shortage of arable land resources,environmental problems become more serious.The traditional way of agricultural cultivation has not been able to meet the needs of social development.In this situation,the Plant factories has become an important direction of agricultural transformation.It is the crop fertility process of light,temperature,humidity,Co2concentration of automatic control.So that traditional agriculture no longer rely on external natural ecological environment,can significantly improve the unit land utilization,output rate and economic benefits.In this paper,through the Plant factories on the plant growth environment control requirements of the study,presents an artificial environment monitoring system based on LED dimmable plant growth.The system has the characteristics of adjustable spectrum,spectrum inspection,automatic control of full growth cycle and so on.The system uses RGB three-color LED lamp beads composed of light board as a plant to grow artificial light source.Adjustable LED constant current drive,PAC controller,spectrometer,+through the PWM dimming technology to achieve the system light source spectral adjustment function.Through the host computer software on the spectrometer measurement data to read the spectral inspection function.The application of the plant growth function library is used to store the parameters of each stage of plant growth.In the automatic mode,the full cycle automatic control can be realized by checking the function of the library.The system uses a distributed control structure to Modbus TCP communication protocol to form a main and more from the upper and lower machine control structure.The lower computer is the PAC controller,which controls all the implementing agencies in the field environment.The PC was developed on the PC side with the Kingview software,and the communication was established through the wireless Wi-Fi network and the on-site PAC controller,which realized the centralized management and remote control of the plant cultivation site.This article completed the monitoring system hardware and software application research and design.Hardware includes artificial light source,LED drive power supply,sensor,PAC controller,spectral patting touch block,communication module,etc.Software design,including the next bit machine software and PC software design,the next machine software,including data collection procedures,manual control procedures,automatic control and other procedures.PC software design includes data display module,operation control module,parameter setting module,plant growth function library and other modules.Through the system running test,the designed plant growth artificial environment monitoring system basically achieves the expected design goal.The system has high productivity,good stability and convenient operation,and has certain guiding significance and application value to the agricultural production technology.
