Software Design Of Remote Monitoring Of Hot Pressing Equipment

Under the hot pressing equipment for industrial monitoring system which is based on PLC technology,this thesis designed the remote monitoring system of network security.It realized the remote monitoring of hot pressing monitoring system,and improved the security of network communication.This system is divided into two parts,one is remote monitoring of hot pressing equipment,one is the network security channel based on SSL protocol.Remote monitoring of hot pressing equipment is composed of hardware module and software module.The hardware module comprised a controller named FX3U-48 MR and a WiFi transmission module named LT232/485;software module included Qt software,MySQL database and Webpage.It used multi thread and socket communication to make the Qt software and the WiFi module establishing a long connection;it used Web programming to write the Web page;it used MySQL database to be the data transfer station for the function of data display and control in Webpage.Network security channel based on SSL protocol used open source package of OpenSSL to generate the CA of third party certificate management mechanism,the client certificate and the server certificate.This system used CA to signature the client certificate and the server certificate,and the certificates will be installed in the client and the server.When the client accesses the server,it will use consulted encryption algorithm to encrypt communication data after authentication between each other.And it implemented network security communication system between the server and the client.This thesis is added the network security channel in remote monitoring of hot pressing equipment.It realized the network security remote monitoring system with identity authentication and encryption transmission functions.It ensured the safety of communication between client and server based on the remote monitoring.In addition,this system can create and revoke client certificates on the server,and it will improve the flexibility of network security communication.After testing,this system implemented the remote monitoring of hot pressing control system,including the control of equipment state,viewing and setting of parameters.On the basis of remote monitoring transmission efficiency withoutaffection,it improved the safety of network communication of remote monitoring system.
