Logistics is the process of realizing the flow and storage of goods,services or information in different regions.It is part of the supply chain,but also an essential part of production and life.But the vaccine failure problem and the phenomenon of warehouse explosion on Double-Eleven reveals the deficiency of China's logistics industry informatization.Wireless sensor networks(WSN)and radio frequency identification(RFID)technology have been paid more attention in the field of logistics because of their advantages.But the development of the two has been the two parallel lines.Their own shortcomings also lead to their inability to meet the actual needs of social life.Their own shortcomings also lead to their inability to meet the actual needs of social life.In recent years,the complementarity between the two technologies has gradually attracted attention.The research and application of the two technologies will have a bright future,especially in the field of logistics monitoring.It will bring the innovation of monitoring technology and the huge economic benefits.Based on the study of the above two technologies,this paper puts forward the corresponding solution to the problem of storage location and the safety of the goods in transit.On the basis of this,the paper sets up a set of monitoring system framework to realize the management of the main business of warehouse logistics.For the number of nodes is too high and the effective coverage area is small in RFID localization in large scale storage location environment.Integrated a fusion of RFID and WSN technology,a new anchor node is constructed.The anchor node in the traditional positioning process is divided into fixed anchor nodes and mobile anchor nodes.A twice localization algorithm based on the mobile anchor node is proposed.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the number of anchor nodes,and make up the localization effect of the incomplete area of the RF signal coverage.Provides a new way for mass storage.In addition,in order to solve the problem of the transportation of the goods in transit,especially for the valuables and dangerous goods,an attitude detection method based on six axis acceleration sensor is proposed.Using the time window to segment the data flow of goods movement to reduce the data processing.Based on a large number of experimental data,the attitude characteristics of goods are calculated and the feature vectors and classifiers are designed to realize the classification process.Experiments show that this method has high recognition accuracy,and has certain practical value.Finally,based on the hardware and software platform of wireless sensor network,this paper constructs a monitoring system framework combining WSN and RFID.And the logistics management system business processes are designed in detail,including warehousing,warehousing monitoring,distribution management and other major logistics processes.On this basis,the management system was tested.The test results prove that the system has certain reference significance and practical value.It can help to improve the informatization of logistics management and intelligent level.Reached the expected goal of this study.
