On the business aspect of bank credit evaluation systems, which includes employee management subsystem, card management subsystem, credit score adjustment subsystem and the user query subsystem. Employee management subsystem enables bank staff can do registration and adjustment of the cards rules; card management subsystem achieved the evaluation of the free guarantees, surety bonds, mortgage or pledge, etc. The credit score adjustment subsystem achieved the adjustment of the credit score. The user query subsystem achieved the basic the query function of user’s credit card information and help information of the system.On the aspect of bank credit evaluation system’s technology selection, with full consideration of the whole system scalability and maintainability. On the aspect of the system’s architecture, the B/S structure ensured the system’s ease of access and upgrade; Java EE development platform ensured system’s scalability and portability; by dividing the system into UI presentation layer, logic-action perform layer, business-service layer, data-access database layer, business-entity model layer and database layer which improved the system’s ability for the extensibility and maintainability. The thought of standard software engineering was used to guide the entire development life cycle, so the schedule of project development was well controlled. On the aspect of the database, the ORACLE database achieved concurrent database access capability and excellent characteristics can be achieved by ORACLE.The implementation of the system of credit card holders not only to strength end the credit management, standardized the operation and process of the customer’s credit score evaluation and improved the efficiency of the work; making the bank out of the credit risks and effectively promoted the healthy development of credit business.
