Mechanical Hard DiskDriver(HDD)is the key component of a notebook,it is the component which storage and protector the information element of data.We use the NX Nastran software to analyze body feeling vibration and shock vibration of notebook HDD as the research object.Through add different damping auxiliary materialsto verify the vibration isolation and prevent the damage from the outside,improve the vibration characteristic of the notebook HDD..The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:First of all,on the basis of notebook body feeling vibration reliability test standards,choose the palm area of notebook to record the test values.Using NX Nastran simulation software to carry on the same spot and recordbody feeling vibration simulation data.Comparing the simulation value and test value and obtain the difference between test results and simulation results.Because the difference value is below 10%,at an acceptable range,to verify the validity of the simulation results.Secondly,analysis the impact vibrationand carries on the impact vibration test for the notebook HDD area,calculate accelerationchange of time curve after the HDD receive the impact vibration and compare the maximum acceleration vibration with the CAE result,to verify the validity of the simulation results..Again,we optimize the design through the comparison of different damping materials,then the simulation optimization model is established and calculated based on the simulation analysis.Finally,according to the final optimization model of the notebook HDD design,,making the prototype,respectively on the body feeling vibration and shock vibration test experiment,we compare the simulation results with test data,and judge whether the test result is consistent with the simulation results.Through make notebookHDD and mechanical parts CAE simulation,analysisbody feeling vibration and shock vibration,add different damping auxiliary materials to achieve the ultimate goal of reducing vibration and protection,reduce the number of test,improve the design efficiency.
