Laptop computer as an important portable electronic devices has been widely used in various fields.With the progress of the society,notebook toward lighter,thinner design direction.Lightweight design at the same time,however,continued to grow,to the requirements of the product's reliability must meet the requirements of pressure and drop test.Based on the strength of the notebook shell as the research object,with the aid of ANSYS software analysis and structural optimization.In this paper,the research content is as follows:1.First introduces the structure of the notebook,and the choice of materials,structure of notebook modules have some preliminary understanding,guiding effect on subsequent analysis.And this paper introduces the general situation of the finite element analysis,detailed introduces the statics and dynamics analysis of theory of knowledge,Lin laid a theoretical foundation for the application of the subsequent finite element software.2.Through the Creo software to simplify the structure of notebook,so that the subsequent application of finite element analysis.Using statics analysis notebook shell deformation,get a laptop 7 specified point deformation degree,statics analysis is validated by test results,verify the rationality and reliability of finite element analysis.Study and through the finite element analysis of the structure of notebook chassis dynamics,including impact analysis and drop analysis.The chassis structure finite element analysis and experimental verification.3.Imitation of notebook casing cellular structure optimization design,and is verified by finite element analysis and test the effectiveness of the optimization of structure.Model analysis and test results show that the copy is the strength of the cellular structure to improve notebook casing has obvious effect,more long-term application,certification needs further research.The significance of this research lies in the application of CAE analysis notebook structure,through the imitation of honeycomb shape optimization design on the improvement of the strength,the analysis results prove that this study has certain engineering application value.At the same time,this study can provide similar product structure optimization theory and methods on the reference.
