In this paper,a method which can do mechanical structure analysis and equipment lectotype based on Web is been brought forward.First, the carrier bar of the water processing equipment -the Mud Scraper is analyzed and optimally designed;then,a suit of software is designed.lt can calculate and analyse the water processing equipment long-distantly ?It functions at web server and it's interface is web browser.The carrier bar of the Mud Scraper in horizontal flow basin,concentration tank and secondly precipiting basin is blongs to pole and beam structure.In this paper, the method of finite element is used to analyze the structure ,and provides the basic theory and the process of analysis. At the same time, the provided sequence optimal method and the methode which changes coordinate are also presented, the provided sequence optimal methode is a way which turns nonlinar problem to linar problem and the basic train of thought and maths deduction are discussed in detail; the methode which changes coordinate is a way which simplfied a many dimensions problem to many problems of one dimension,and the advantage of this method is clear concept , easy to understand and creat procedure.As one of modern design methods,long-distance online calculation is a method which can be easy to fulfil sharing the resouce of design.here penman compiled a suit of software providing the service of structure analysis and optimize for the water processing equipment by WWW server.It's platform to develop and run is Microsoft Windows 2000 Server with IIS 5.0.The technology is based on Microsoft ASP,and the programming language is VBScript.Then,there is a contrast calculation test between this suit of software and Ansys 6.0 for the representative structure of the 3 kind of beam.The intent is to evaluate the suit of software.The result indicates:its correctness of calculation result is better;only for the amount ofthe element is too few,the calculation result is relatively large.So this is a safe scheme.For the future,if the development technique of web application can provide more better method to predigest modeling process,the online analyse of mechanism structure must be realized perfectly.Then,a suite of software which can process mechanical equipment lectotype(mine hoist) is been developed.
