Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)3D printing technology,as the mainstream of 3D printing,has the advantages of diverse parts,wide range of molding materials,low requirements on molding equipment and color printing,etc.It involves in the fields of materials,machinery,electronics and software.However,fdm-based 3D printers are not yet mature in full-color printing.The working principle of FDM 3D printer is to use a wire feeding device to heat and melt filament-like hot melt material,extrude it through a nozzle with a micro-nozzle,and deposit it on the panel or the previous layer of cured material.When the temperature is lower than the curing temperature,it will quickly solidify,and the final product will be formed as the layers of materials pile up.The FDM 3D printer works so that the color of the printed product is limited by the color of the wire itself.At present,it is difficult to print multi-color products with few colors of silk in the market,so users cannot adjust the color of the finished products at will,and the products can be quickly printed by FDM 3D printer.Color printing is more advantageous than monochrome printing,and more able to adapt to diverse social needs.The combination of FDM and subtractive color mixing constitutes the principle of color 3D printing,in which materials of different colors can be mixed in a certain proportion to a specific color mixture.From the FDM color printing was put forward to the later technical development,multi-channel mixing nozzle was used to realize the function of color printing.As the main performing part of the function of color 3D printer,the nozzle is mainly used to complete melting wire,uniform mixing,deposition and printing,etc.It is a highly integrated and important part.Against the FDM type 3D printing in full color deficiency,this article from the mixed color method to realize full color under the premise of the analysis of the present FDM type 3D full color printing technology at home and abroad research situation and combining the FDM type under the premise of the working principle of 3D printers,think to achieve FDM type 3D printing full color print this purpose,the best solution is to use in the framework of assaying the principle of the three primary colors in the principle of static mixer mixing mechanism,we design a multi into a mixed color way of 3D printing nozzle.The principle of the 3D printing nozzle is to control the speed at which molten consumables of three basic colors are squeezed into the nozzle mixing chamber,and then the desired target color is extruded after mixing in the mixing chamber.According to the design principle of FDM 3D printer nozzle using color mixing method to realize color printing,problems such as uneven color mixing and obvious intersection between color blocks exist in the process of multi-input and multi-output color mixing 3D printing.According to the polymer mixing theory,a method is proposed to inversely determine the optimal size of the mixing chamber according to the volume of the extruded wire.The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only achieve the problem of uniform mixing of viscoelastic filaments,but also shorten the mixing time and improve the efficiency,providing a feasible method for mixed color 3D printing.
