Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management Information System

With the development of science and technology,information technology continually infiltrates into every corner of people's life,while the traditional personnel management by manual records already can not adapt to the needs of the new era,and the informatization of enterprises personnel management has already become an inevitable trend.In order to meet the needs of the modernization of Northwest Industries Group co.,LTD management,this paper designed and implemented a set of personnel management system based on ASP.NET.Starting from Northwest Industries Group co.,LTD actual situation and setting specific personnel management as the background this,this paper analyzes characteristics and demands of Northwest Industries Group co.,LTD personnel management,uses the Microsoft.Net framework,database access technology ADO.Net and network program technology ASP.Net and develops this system based on C#programming language.The development environment of this system is Visual Studio2013,and set up database by using SQL Server 2008.The management system uses three-tier architecture and is divided into DAL,BLL and UI.Enterprise personnel management system plays an important role in enterprise management.In the theoretical significance.The design of the personnel management system in this paper has characteristics of anti-implantation and anti-brute force,and has a certain reference for common personnel management systems;In the practical significance,this system can greatly enhance the efficiency of enterprise management personnel to the management of enterprise personnel and improve the quality of work.This paper develops the system with the purpose of meeting the different needs of the personnel from the usage of super administrators,the personnel directors,business managers,general staff and interns the five roles by studying on enterprise personnel management system.Furthermore,this system has the characteristics of strong operability,the author tested the system.Test results were consistent with expectations and can meet Northwest Industries Group co.,LTD daily needs of personnel management,to help free enterprise management personnel from heavy,complex personnel management work and concentrate on other decisions.
