These countries gradually carry out medical reform,people get sick to see a doctor,the hospital management mode is gradually increased,more and more patients every day,which also led to the hospital charge window workload increases gradually,in the past many charges is done manually,but this way is not in line with the current medical service status so,the application of computer technology to the modern hospital charge window work,to facilitate the work,makes the window charge work more easily,make the hospital level of medical services to be raised.Some hospital charges compared to the traditional program itself,and not updated in a timely manner,has been unable to meet the requirements of modern medical service,so we should reform the existing fee program,this item is the specific content of the modern medical reform,can well be used.Through investigation,it is decided to seek relevant opinions about procedure setting to the in-service medical staff,and then set up by professional company,and the staff of the hospital supervise and manage the process.This paper studies the demand and function of the program setting of hospital window charging,and describes the development of computer industry.This article takes the workload of charging window as the starting point,studies from the user requirements,the requirements are divided into about the procedure and other requirements,the application object,and to determine the use of each object.When the program is set,each part of the program design,the classification from the program,divided into the following contents: charging function,summary function,information center,system settings,query function.Each part is classified in detail,including the registration fee,the diagnosis fee and the balance.Summary function includes summary,charge summary,work summary and so on.The information center includes outpatient information and department information.System settings include user center and parameter settings for various systems.Query function includes content inquiry,charge inquiry and so on.Each action has a specific operation diagram,through graphics to set the system.Finally,the use of the program,each part of the program's function pages and code settings,while testing.The program uses the special structure and the Oracle database,and uses the computer language to have good performance.The outpatient fee program this paper set based on the requirements of the hospital management to meet,in order to serve the medical business,it is still a preliminary set in the process of program development and application will be the major initiatives of the medical profession,to facilitate the work of staff.
