In recent years the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, the traditional model of university education has been replaced by a variety of information technology. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and teaching programs in various disciplines, some courses completed placed the computer room. Teachers in the teaching process in the engine room as give students assignments, receive job, correcting homework. Sometimes even need to be charged when the job class, if the traditional way of the above aspects will inevitably lead to waste a lot of teaching time teachers. To solve this problem, a number of mature network management software assisted teaching jobs, such software needs to be installed in advance to the teachers and students to use the two clients. Sometimes the room may not be installed such software then teaching will be affected. This requires a convenient and flexible solution.In this paper, Tourism and Culture College of Yunnan University teaching computer room as the background to the school network environment and years of teaching experience to work from students, teachers, system administrator of three user perspective to design a job management system. This article from the system’s functional requirements, business process and data flow, the overall framework of the system, implementation of function, aspects of implementation details and so forth. The system is based on B/S architecture, the use of Asp and Access databases and other means of job management system design and implementation. The system will achieve student name, job download, job submission, job correcting, job accounting and other functions.Article consists of seven chapters:Chapter 1 Introduction, discuss the design job management system should realize the necessity and function of the system; the second chapter related technologies, describes the system used by ASP-related technology, database technology and B/S architecture; Chapter 3 System Overview and demand analysis, general description of the system and demand analysis; Chapter IV system design, the system database and web site design elaborate; Chapter V system implementation details of the system’s business processes, data flow, elaborate design focus; Chapter 6 System test analysis, describes the system test methods and test results; Chapter VII summarizes the design work on the graduation summarized.
