With the rapid development of market economy,as the key link of goods management in modern logistics,storage informatization has become more and more the focus of people's attention.Especially in the information age of the rapid development of the Internet,the traditional storage technology can no longer meet the demand of modern enterprises for goods management.With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,RFID technology has been highly concerned with its own advantages of low power consumption and high recognition rate.It is also used more and more widely in actual scenes,especially in discrete industries.However,with the wide spread of RFID storage applications,some problems have become more and more prominent,such as data collisions,large amount of information transmitted by readers in the process of identifying electronic labels,long identification time,and information leakage.These problems will lead to a reduction in the efficiency of the RFID system,which will affect the overall efficiency of the company.By analyzing the FRID tag collision problems which are in present storage management system,the paper will put forward the relevant methods to improve.The main achievements of this work are listed as follows:(1)Through deep analysis on existing problems of the method of estimating tags quantity.The paper proposes a method of quadratic prediction and estimation which is based on the tag estimation.This algorithm can improve the accuracy of the reader's estimation of the number of lost tags,and can determine the optimal frame length of the system,so that the algorithm efficiency is always at a high level.The results from experiments indicate that it is beneficial to improve the accuracy of estimating.(2)By analyzing two types of tag anti-collision methods,this paper proposes multi-tag anticollision algorithms which is based on the dynamic frame slotted ALOHA algorithm and recoverable dynamic binary search algorithm.First,the algorithm would use dynamic frame slotted ALOHA algorithm to estimate the number of tags.And if there have any collisions,it will return to the first level.And it will use recoverable dynamic binary search algorithm to deal with them so that can narrow the times to searching every time.Meanwhile,it can raise work efficiency and safety performance of system.(3)By analyzing the low efficiency of label collision prevention in the current storage management system,an RFID-based storage management system is designed,and the improved algorithm is applied to this system,and then test and analyze the performance of the whole system.The experimental results show that this new type Anti-collision algorithm would reduce the number of free time slots and the times of searching in the process of the readers' recognition.What's more,the overall productivity has been improved in a storage management system.
