With the developing of information technology and the improvement of living condition,the trend of intelligent life is slowly display in our life. Cars gradually become the main traffic tools because of living requirements, the increasing of vehicles has become a problem of vehicle Access/Exit management system. In order to ensure the vehicles owner's interest and management efficiency, in this paper radio-frequency identification technology (RFID) is applied into vehicle Access/Exit management system, RFID is a automatic identification technology, has the advantages of strong adaptability,not affected by harsh environment, convenient operation etc, many enterprises have promote research work on RFID technology.According to subject background, the paper proposed the implementation scheme of vehicle Access/Exit management system based on RFID technology. In this scheme a car has two cards, one card is in vehicle, the other is handheld. When vehicle is within the action sphere, combining with vehicle detection and automatic control technology, compared the reader's information with system database,vehicle passing when the information consistent , if the vehicle is temporary, records the vehicle's information and give temporary card. This system can achieve non-stop enter into district, lay a good foundation for non-stop charged and urban vehicle management.Secondly, to ensure the integrity of the data transmission, and effectiveness of data communication in RFID system, three anti-collision algorithms: the binary search algorithm, ABS and QT were analyzed, and a new anti-collision algorithms was put forward based on the ABS, used counter and stack to reduce possibility of collision. A new action time slot (M_readable)was proposed, multiple types of collisions can solve in the time slot , which reduce the collision ratio. Improved the algorithm by using Manchester yards to judge the collision bits and conduct intercepting operation, reduce the time of receive invalid data , which improve the performance of the system.Finally, simulation of the improved algorithm, binary search algorithm, ABS and QT were conducted in MATLAB. Make a detailed analysis on the total time slot, collision time slot, algorithm simulation analysis. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm is better than the other three algorithms, improve the recognition efficiency, especially for identification of many tags, the recognition effect more apparent.
