Warehouse management,which plays an important role in logistic system,has many defects in its existed management; however,the situation is improved by the invention and application of RFID technology. This thesis puts forward a solution based on RFID,embedded system, and wireless network technology to realize real-time and precise management of warehouse.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the main defects of current warehouse management, and puts forward a framework for the system presented in the paper,then verifies the feasibility of it. Furthermore,the terminal is customized based on RFID and embedded wireless network technology to reduce cost and improve portability,thus most of warehouse management are more convenient.Secondly,the thesis introduced the related technologies of RFID,and then deeply studied the Anti-collision algorithm, which composed a hindrance for RFID.In warehouse management systems,the electronic labels are characterized with large total number and high similarity,so the thesis put forward a new anti-conflict algorithm to meet the demands of logistic system.The experiment shows that compared with other existed algorithm,the request times of read-write head is reduced greatly and so the throughput of system is improved.Thirdly,the thesis designs and implements a hardware platform for RFID handheld terminal. Based on S3C2410A,the thesis implements the interfaces for LCD,RS232,Ethernet,USB,wireless network card and etc,and then connects the terminal with RFID Reader through RS232.Lastly,the thesis designs and implements the software system for warehouse management,including host server software and handheld terminal software,the former is mainly a database management program used to verify the function of the presented terminal;the latter includes the transplanting of embedded Linux.the driver for LCD and Read-Writer head,as well as the graphic user interface developed with QT technology. After this,related tests are carried out,and the results are presented.Focusing on the development of terminal based on embedded Linux,this thesis gives out a valuable example for similar work,and its result can be practically applied in logistic system.
