The ECG cloud system is a combination of the computer,multimedia,communication,network technologies and modern medical methods.It is a brand-new ECG service model which is intended to improve the ECG diagnosis level,reduce diagnosis cost,and satisfy the needs of diverse crowds.The system can effectively solve the problem of difficult access to medical service and high cost,and ultimately share and optimize the limited ECG medical source.The construction and development of the system is critical for the digitalized hospital construction and stimulates the development of the medical service.This thesis realizes the DICOM-ECG file format based on the ECG data storage features,and performs comparative analysis on the advantages and shortcomings for the HDFS to store DICOM-ECG files.To solve the problem that the Hadoop platform is unsuitable to store small DICOM-ECG data files,this thesis designs an S-DICOM serialized ECG file format that conforms with HDFS features by using the Hadoop Sequence File format.Data with Key/Value pair served as the best input data format which is beneficial to medical-image-based data intensive applications.This greatly improves the HDFS performance and avoids the problem of high memory occupation of the source data server name node.Then,this thesis analyzes the service flow of the ECG cloud system in details,and designs the entire structure of the ECG cloud system from the following four aspects based on service requirements: logic,network,storage,and software.Finally,this thesis develops a dynamic link library to realize ECG files in standard DICOM format,and verifies the correctness of DICOM-ECG through simulation tests,completes the preliminary development of the ECG cloud system,and elaborately illustrates the realization of the S-DICOM transfer module,the realization of several key user interfaces of the ECG cloud system,and the verification and analysis of the S-DICOM transfer performance of the ECG could system.Based on a great deal of study and analysis on DICOM-ECG and Hadoop cloud storage,completes the preliminary development of the ECG cloud system.ECG cloud system construction for balanced ECG medical resources,improve primary hospital ECG medical standards,reduce patient medical costs,solve the "difficult and expensive" problem is of great significance.
