Electronic information industry has become the main force for the sustainable development of economy in our country along with the transforming of our country's economy development and the upgrading of the industrial structure.The rapid development of the electronic information enterprises also puts forward new requirements for talents.Electronic information enterprises require the graduates to have not only the basic knowledge and skills,but also the professional ability of collaboration and communication,etc.The secondary vocational school,as a skilled personnel training base,has a very urgent task to meet the challenges of how to follow the enterprises' demand,how to actively adapt to the future development of the economy,and how to reform the traditional curriculum and teaching methods.Electronic Skills and Training is the core professional skill course in the major of electronic technology applications.It requires the students to obtain enough solid theoretical knowledge,get familiar with welding skills,be able to judge and expel the simple errors of the electronic products,understand the electronic products production processes,master the relevant technological requirements in terms of the process of electronic products production.At the same time,students are required to have the ability to analyze and solve problems,the ability of self-directed learning,the ability of communication and cooperation,etc.Based on the systematic theoretical study of the working process,and the current situation of the development of electronic technology application courses,this paper studies the development and existed researches of the specialized course of electronic technology application in the process of working process.This paper completed the following works.Firstly,through research to the electronic application company,the stakeholder communicates with industry experts and enterprise technical persons,conducts analysis of the typical work tasks,determines the professional ability of the students in this field,and the teaching objectives of curriculum development.Secondly,stakeholders invites the teachers,curriculum experts and enterprise technical persons to summarize the typical work tasks,determine the professional ability,according to the laws of the students' cognitive regularity andprofessional growth to convert the learning areas.Taking the course of Electronic Skills and Training as an example,the design of learning situation is carried out,and a total of four learning situations will be designed.Finally,stakeholder will combine with the case to discuss the integration of teaching practice of Electronic Skills and Training,and summarize the advantages of curriculum development of the Electronic Skills and Training.This paper,based on the systematic of the working process,is taking full consideration of the demand of both the students and the enterprises.In order to organize the teaching content practical electronic products as the carrier,using a variety of teaching methods and means of teaching implementation in learning situations with real business scenarios.The teaching process is carried out by consultation,decision,plan,implementation check evaluation,teaching the students to develop professional ability in practice,improve the comprehensive quality.The research results of this paper can also be used,if possible,for reference to the peer institutions.
