| Recent years, the Education Departments made an assessment of the college graduates. In which, if the situation of the employment were not ideal, the enrollment of the colleges or specialties would be limited or stopped. In other words, the survival and development of the colleges depend on the employment of graduates.Qujing Medical College attaches great importance to the employment work. It has entrusted third-party organizations to analyze and research the factors which could influence the graduates’ employment from different angles. According to the results, the professional competitiveness of graduates is the most important factor. Through the feedback from the employers’ inquiry and the students’ career path tracking, that graduates need to strengthen at the parts of the language expression, the interpersonal communication, the organization and coordination. On the other hand, the graduates think that the professional ability training during the period of college is not enough, especially for job hunting in future.Till now, there is no network-platform of professional ability training in Qujing medical college, while the Artificial forms are not efficient enough to organize activities and manage information of student, a lot of problems have sprung up, for instance, the type of students’activities is not clear, the program of students’ activities is informal, the delivery of information is not timely and the evaluation rule of students’ activities is inconsistent.This paper researches the occupation of ability training of students out of the regular time and focus on organizing and integrating activities effectively of professional ability training for students.The thesis makes a detailed analysis on the methods of organization and evaluation of various vocational training activities in schools, optimizing and reengineering the process, strengthening students’ main body function. It introduces the project management of enterprise in order to enhance efficiency, improve the evaluation criteria and convenient for various types of users obviously such as students, teachers, school cadres, counselors and responsible of department to improve service quality, increase the management efficiency.The thesis also fix several managements (include management of cooperation institution, management of activities and training project, management of students’ information, management of doubly-choose and management of training process and system) as the main function module, through analyzing the role of users, drawing the diagram of the complete system and the diagram of the module involved in subsystem, it describes the subsystem with UML diagram from the classes of control, logic and entity.The article analyze the function data of each module related in the system, represents the function data by thumbnail sketch, describes the static relationship between the classes, analyze the relationship of entity classes and illustrates the designing of database table.Finally, the article discusses the prospect of the application of students’ ability training system in Qujing medical college. |
