Customer complaints, is the industry exists commercial phenomenon. In thecommunications industry, along with the market competition more fierce, how to dealwith customer complaints problems, grasp the customer resources, has become aproblem for MianYang mobile to consider. With the increasing of customer establishquick complaint handling system, has become inevitable trend of MianYang mobile.This topic is in the current mobile company in MianYang, the measures for thebusiness to manage customer complaints, customer complaints and processing designand development of mobile communication company information management system,in order to improve response speed, standardize the procedure of dealing with customercomplaints, improve work efficiency.This system according to MianYang mobile customer complaints departmentprocessing method, combined with the software engineering principle, carries on thedemand analysis, module design of system. System design of5subsystems, respectivelyfor the system management subsystem, customer complaint service center processingsubsystem, exchange center of complaints to the repair order processing subsystem,complaints from the repair order district (county) processing subsystem, networkdepartment complaint management subsystem. Through the implementation of thissystem, the customer complaint information will automatically be customer servicecenter staff for processing and distribution, management department to follow up theprogress every complaint. Due to using computer management, complaint handling time,the implementation of the system to enhance the transparency of complaint handling.This system adopts C/S and B/S mixed structure, using C#language development,system development is completed, through the test, after correct the bug in the softwareto meet business needs. Involving himself is a participant of the project, the work doneon the system analysis of the demand of the investigation, the overall structure of theproject design, database design and the logical structure of each subsystem moduledesign, and to the development of the system management subsystem, finally isresponsible for the testing of the system.
