With the aging of the society and the increasing number of people with hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia,new medical devices,such as glucose lowering and lipid lowering devices,are playing an increasingly important role in the medical field.In order to meet the long-term stable operation of medical equipment,it is necessary to provide an electric control system with stable work and convenient operation.This paper introduces the development of PLC and touch screen,and designs a set of electric control system based on Proface touch screen and SIEMENS PLC in view of a company's new type of blood sugar and lipid lowering instrument.The guiding principle of this design is based on the reliability,convenience and safety requirements of the medical equipment control system.The article first introduces the electrical control function of the blood sugar and lipid reduction instrument,and defines the design requirements,so as to determine the design scheme.SIEMENS S7-200 SMART PLC and Proface GP4501 T between touch screen and PC through the network connection,the use of STEP-Micro/WIN SMART programming software PLC for preheating,treatment,analog input data processing subroutine design and through the main program by calling.In the GP-Pro EX 4 programming software,the touch-screen screen design,added hidden animation,data display,indicator light display and other functions.Finally,the system is debugged and debugged as a whole.
