Along with the high-speed development of the integrated circuit technology,people growing demand for digital system performance.The interaction between data frequency also gradually rise.Ensure the reliability of the digital system,to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of data transmission in digital system is the most important thing.Therefore,in the digital system design and in the process of high-speed data transmission,the transmission of data quickly and timely analysis of error correction,customized special detecting instrument based on the digital system is particularly important.Thesis based on the programmable logic devices designed digital serial bus analyzer,the serial communication bus of common targeted analysis and parsing,and by using self-designed FPGA communication module will analyze data upload PC.The paper adopts PC Python PC application software development,and lower machine constitute digital serial bus analyzer.The paper details the data serial bus analyzer design train of thought,a detailed discussion of the test instruments and the implementation of the scheme comparison,determine the design ideas of paper,through theoretical analysis,the design is realized by using hard line description language,the testing instrument performance indexes and experimental analysis.This paper uses Quartus Prime development platform,under the cyclone IV series FPGA implementation of Intel machine design.PC using the Python programming language development,and the USB port the USB interface chip FT232 H hardware adopts FTDI corporation.Specific test indicators: the I2 C,SPI,UART,etc.
