These years, there are a large amount of systems developed by China Customs.Basically, these systems are all serve for single task, only can triggered by user, adoptdifferent system architecture and development tools in technical. Along with the deepoperation reform of China Customs, the problem of these systems such as unidirectiontransfer of information, indicator conflict, function duplication and disperse, isolatedeach other, and users have to switch among the systems were exposed gradually. Tosolve these problems, and also use informatization to support the construction ofuniform supervise of China Customs, on the base of sufficient discussion, the GeneralAdministration of China Customs decided to develop Uniform Integrated ServiceManagement Platform of China Customs(UISMPCC), to achieve inter-departmental,cross business area, multi-system information sharing.UISMPCC uses the technology of portal management, integrated authentication,RSS, uniform workflow, etc. to resolve the key problems like the integration ofdifferent systems, information push and coordination among departments. Throughthis way, to achieve the seamless transition of management information and dailywork request through out all departments.This paper discussed the development process of UISMPCC. Including theintroducing and analysing of system requirement, the general technical design scheme,the detailed realizing process of the system and also the outcome.
