Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Wage Payment Security System

Nowadays,along with the coming of mobile Internet era,the impact of mobile Internet more and more,spread to all aspects of people's life,work and entertainment.It's on behalf of the industry's leading new technology of 4G mobile Internet network that is closely united to meet the needs of people in all aspects.It is China's important energy and chemical city of Yulin,at present,the city has more than 2,300 kinds of enterprises,more than 50 million workers.But in recent years,with economic growth,there have been many cases of labor disputes,the impact of social harmony and stability,need to make use of information technology for businesses and workers who carry out supervision.In this paper,in order to enhance the enterprise wage payment security information management level and the government supervision,reduce the intensity of government supervision,By analyzing the the current labor inspection team monitoring management status of Yulin City,expounds the main labor inspection team monitoring problems of management,implementation of a B/S model of enterprise wage payment security system based on(EWPS).Compared with the traditional monitoring and management mode,the EWPS is a computer technology management workers and enterprises,to realize the information management platform of government supervision enterprises and workers.This paper studies the significance of the research,the B/S model of the EWPS research goal,the system demand analysis,system framework and then study the logical structure of the four SSH architecture,that are the view layer,data persistence layer,data object access layer,business logic control layer.And it is to achieve a system platform management,workers in management,design and implementation of the employer management,project management,margin management and record management labor disputes and other six functional modules based on the four layer model.Finally,discusses the deployment and testing of EWPS.Simulation results show that the B/S model testing based on EWPS,realize the basic function module of EWPS system,and improve the government,enterprises and workers interaction level,the realization of the system to achieve the expected goal.EWPS has currently on trial,the future will be according to the user with the situation continued to improve.
