In recent years,because of the coal control,thermal power output in many provinces is performing under capacity,power supply and demand is insufficient.The current orderly electricity management is basically a manual disposal,the power supply quota allocation,power supply customers selection and.other matters mainly depend on the previous year's situation of power supply and consumption and experience.Power generation,supply and surveillance are relatively independent.Without a comprehensive system of power generation,supply and surveillance,there is a certain impact and constraint for the scientific and rational aspects of the power supply quota allocation,power supply customers selection and other matters.To this end,it is needed to design and implement a J2EE-based intelligent orderly power decision-making system.The system development adopted the B/S/S multi-layer technology architecture model conforming to J2SE1.5 and EJB3.0 specification,stratified with MVC mode to separate business process,business logic control and business display,and the support of basic service application platform met the need of business application system operation,development,management and integration.The system used advanced O/R mapping mapping mechanism to achieve an excellent object-oriented development program,while controlling the user interface by MVC mode control to ensure that the system had a high degree of usability,good scalability and strong portability.The system mainly implemented the two modules of business operation and management analysis.The business operation module mainly achieved scheme formulation,data maintenance,report management,and statistical inquiry,the management analysis module mainly achieved balance monitoring of supply and demand,solution effect analysis,short term market forecast,load balance monitoring,power structure analysis,execution condition monitoring,and decision program analysis.After putting into use,Intelligent Orderly Power Decision-making System achieved the automatic assembly of orderly electricity scheme,combined with energy saving and emission reduction,established four-level monitoring system of province,city,country and district,effectively improved the terminal efficiency,and reduced the power consumption and the user's power needs with the same power function,which achieving low-cost power services.The application of the system really realized the advance quota management,on-line monitoring implementation,after action evaluation and improvement,improved the energy utilization,controlled the target of energy saving and emission reduction,and was in line with the requirements of smart grid construction,which achieving the aims of orderly closed-loop management and scientific management.
