With the rapid development of economy and society,the characteristics of customers' electricity load are becoming more and more complex,and the power energy demand of customers is becoming more and more diversified.On the basis of safety,economy and rationality,exploring and fully utilizing the existing grid resources to provide customers with maximum efficient,high-quality and convenient power services are the urgent problems to be solved in the power industry.With the development of power supply equipments as well as the comprehensive promotion of the construction of smart grids by the State Grid Corporation,the distribution network has rapidly developed from a relatively single tree network to a ring network.The complex connection and mutual supply of distribution network have been realized through a variety of intelligent automatic control equipments among the lines.The development of ring network breaks the limitation of uniline power supply capacity,realizes the redistribution and re-balancing of power load,and reduces the interruption time of power supply,resulting in the great improvement in the reliability of power supply.At the same time,the complexity of the network and the “invisibility” of the underground network have also created new topics.These topics includes how to accurately grasp the load situation of line access,consider a regional load distribution problem as a whole,and provide the intelligent decision-making scheme for business extending power supply plans.In this paper,a set of auxiliary decision-making system for business expansion power supply scheme is established,which can effectively standardize the operation process of business expansion site.This system follows the principle of software system design.Based on NET technology framework and SQLSERVER database,it adopts B/S structure and combines with mobile terminals.It collates,analyses,decomposes and refines the current on-site operation flow into each specific operation step,as well as decomposes the functions of the system into five parts,daily office,business management,inquiry statistics,archives management and system management.As a result,the closed-loop management is realized,which includes working plan formulation,issuing and compiling operation procedures,generating operation instructions,completing content auditing,executing operation procedures and processstandards,as well as adopting hazard point control measures and completing post-operation evaluation.Based on this system,the acceptance of power expansion and the information management of the whole process of the final power consumption can be quickly realized.The relevant templates and reference bases are built in the power supply scheme and acceptance related content system,which improves the conducting efficiency of the processing personnel of business expansion.Combined with the on-site investigation,photography and evidence collection of mobile terminals,it provides technical assistance means for business expansion acceptance.Through the graphical power supply scheme based on GIS,power planning directly reflects the relevant information of power loads and power planning,and provides a very effective decision-making aids for power supply business expansion services.At present,the system has been officially operated,and it runs well in power grids.Besides,it has fully improved the technical service level of business extending management.
