| Procurement management information system is a set of system developed by Huishang Bank convenient for managing the internal procurement business of a bank,which adopts a detailed process and combines the advanced enterprise management mode at present.The system is geared to the needs of all the staff of a bank and provides a specific planning of a series of links that may occur in the process of procurement.It’s able to sloved many problems effectively,such as incomplete collection of the specific information,irregular procedures,inadequate supervision,not timely statistics,not circulating information and other issues.It can effectively regulate the management of the divisions of a bank,strengthen a bank’s information record of the providers,enhance the transparency of a bank’s procurement,standardize the business processes,improve procurement efficiency and quality and promote a bank’s professional ability.Procurement management information system consists of seven major functions,including purchase requisition application approved,purchase project application approved,evaluation of bid application approved,purchase results application approved,purchase contract application approved,purchase vendor application approved,the basic information management and so all.This paper based on the Huishang Bank compliance department and risk management needs,with the Meanwhile,the interfaces with other systems has also been developed.It has different operation modules for different users according to their permissions and positions,which is convenient for conversion of the links and collection,statistics and analysis of information.This paper gives a detailed description of the overall business and business processes of the system as well as function,application and correlation of the modules.Meeting the status of bank,this paper describe the analysis of system requirement,the design of system architecture,the detail design and the Implementation and Test.we internal control synthetic rules and operational risk management system architecture design,according to the system design principles and objectives of the system logical architecture,functional architecture and system deployment and implementation situation analysis and practice,the final completion of system function and test.Currently,the system has been put into operation successfully in the whole bank and achieved a certain effecto It makes the bank’s purchasing process standard and transparent,greatly enhance work efficiency of the purchasing department and allow the procurement management being conducted through information technology and the Internet,this reducing the overall cost of procurement and leading to better realization of the bank’s ultimate goal. |
