The Design And Implementation Of The On-site Work Management System For Shandong Unicom Own Business Hall Manager

China Unicom is an important international and domestic provider of information and communication services.Shandong as a populous province,occupies an important position in the development of China Unicorn's business,the quantity of Shandong Unicom users accounts for about 1/10 of the entire China Unicom.Unicorn's business acceptance channels are mainly its own channels and social channels,among them,the social channels' business is relatively simple,only basic mobile user open and payment,daily work is less affected by management of Unicom.At present,the daily management of China Unicom is mainly based on its own business hall.After more than 20 years of development,the informatization level of China Unicom has been continuously improved,the quantity and volume of information system construction have been greatly increased,but with the increasing of the systems,business management and resource scheduling needs across multiple systems,to a certain extent it has brought inconvenience to the on-site work management,in order to solve the problem,improve management efficiency,we design and implement the on-site work management system for Shandong Unicom own business hall manager.First of all,this paper discusses the project background of the on-site work management system for Shandong Unicom own business hall manager,and introduces the problems faced by Shandong Unicom own business hall.On this basis,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed,and the system requirements are expressed in a formal manner and explained briefly.On the basis of requirement analysis,the architecture design for the system is discussed and introduced.The paper separately discusses the technical architecture and functional architecture.In the discussion of technical architecture,we focus on the description of the physical architecture,system deployment using Nginx+Tomcat cluster mode,the data processing by hot and cold separation mode,using Redis to store hot data,file storage using a separate file server,and a detailed description of the development architecture,data architecture is given.Then the functional architecture of the system is discussed.In the detailed design of the system,several core functions are designed in detail mainly in the form of database ER diagram and sequence diagram.Based on the detailed design,the implement of the system is introduced,the interface view of the main function and a brief description of the operation process and function description is given,and describes the data organization of system business development quantity and sms transmitting mechanism.in the system test,the pressure test is introduced and the result is analyzed.Finally,the application of the system is introduced,the use of the system and some problems encountered are described,and then some suggestions for improvement and some future directions of the system are given.In summary,on the basis of analyzing the business requirements and management ideas of Shandong Unicom business hall,we design and implement the on-site work management system for Shandong Unicom own business hall manager.
