Design And Implementation Of A Jiangxi Telecom Business Hall System

With the development of computer network and software technology, conducting business online has become a trend of operation and management for modern enterprise. China Telecom's On-line Business Hall is an Internet software system which China Telecom provides its telecommunications business for users by Internet. It can be convenient, timely interaction between the users and the carriers, It also can improve service efficiency, reduce operating costs, ease of management and rational use of resources.This paper is based on practice, and describes the concept of the On-line Business Hall first, and then introduced the relevant technology like Web Service and J2EE which used in achieving the On-line Business Hall, and finally analysised and introduced the organizational structure of the system, the needs analysis of part of the business, and focused on describing the implementation of the interface server function which is responsible for me and the implementation process of the On-line Business Hall.The system can meet the the requirements such as query operations, payment services, complaints and suggestions, program-controlled operations and value-added services. It achieved good social benefits and some economic benefits after the system has been put into use. Not only has added an admissibility means of business, but also expanded the scope of the admissibility of telecommunications business, improved service levels, saved the users' time and tolls for handling business to the entity business hall, which is a great convenience to users.
