In recent years,with the development of video display technology,ultra-high-definition television(UHDTV)gradually popularized.Providing high-quality video services for UHDTV users is the key to gaining long-term support from consumers for UHDTV.At present,the resolution of TV and network video is varied,and most of them do not reach ultra-high resolution.When UHDTV plays video with resolution lower than screen resolution,the video needs to be scaled and interpolated to different degrees.This kind of processing causes the video to be blurred,etc.,and the display quality of the video is reduced.Therefore,this paper evaluates the display quality of UHDTV with different resolution video by subjective experiment in the present situation of UHDTV playback of video with various resolutions.The experimental results show that the video quality of UHDTV is positively correlated with its resolution and source quality.On this basis,this paper establishes a multiresolution video display quality evaluation model for UHDTV with video quality and resolution.The results of cross validation show that the proposed model has high stability on different data sets.The consistency between objective quality and subjective quality is better than that of VSSIM(Video Structural Similarity Index Measurement),VIF(Visual Information Fidelity),MOVIE(MOtion-based Video Integrity Evaluation)three classic video quality assessment models.The model proposed in this paper can more accurately predict the display quality of mainstream video in UHDTV.At the same time,with the progress of image processing technology and display technology,panoramic video has developed rapidly in recent years.Panoramic video allows the user to change the viewing angle to view the 360-degree range of content,and its display is also different from the traditional video.Panorama video only displays the image within the field of view of the viewing angle.The image needs to be interpolated when its resolution is lower than the screen resolution,which affects the display quality of the panoramic video.For the panorama video only shows the image within the field of view,this paper evaluates the display quality of panorama video on the device by subjective experiment.The results of the experiment show that the resolution,field of view,content complexity and the number of bits per pixel affect the display quality of the panorama video.In this paper,a panorama video display quality evaluation model is established.The results of cross validation show that the proposed model has high robustness on different data sets,and the objective quality of the model is consistent with the subjective quality,which indicates that the proposed model can predict more accurately the display quality of the panorama video.
