Professional Digital Library System Based On Web Data Mining

With the technical progress of communication engineering field and the accelerating of information construction process,according to its own practical business and management situation,an institute of CETC urgently needs to construct a massive knowledge center with highly integrated resources and centered on professional information resource network service which features electronics and communication navigation engineering technology,by virtue of broadband network,massive storage and data mining technologies,to realize high sharing of professional information resources.The construction of professional digital library of communication engineering technology can provide strong information resources guarantee for independent development of electronics and communication engineering technology of our country.Firstly the thesis enters from the present service situation of library digitalization,pointing out the problem of present digital library development,and puts forward requirements of professional digital library system.Afterwards,combining with the realities,it puts forward the requirements for professional digital library based on Web data mining from the following three aspects: heterogeneous information resources integration based on intranet mirror resource database Web mining,competitive intelligence application based on internet website Web mining and digital library service platform based on unified metadata retrieval.It generally designs communication engineering digital library in four layers(resource layer,data layer,function service layer,and user interface layer).It analyzes the above three problems in detail and designs them correspondingly.Finally it deploys and implements the system,and inspects the system application achievements.The communication engineering digital library system adopts structure-inclusive metabase design technology to settle the problem of heterogeneous resource compatibility unified storage,adopts mirror resource authentication agent and original addressing technology to settle the problem of full text resource distributed storage and focus utilization,adopts data mining and clustering technology based ontext expression to settle the problem of intelligence resource manual classified indexing.It is an integrated service system with intensive information resource and full text retrieval of professional information,and it is an integrated platform for professional information resource storage,circulation,integration and service.It not only provides available rich professional information resources to the electronics industry and communication engineering field,and provides agile support and guarantee of knowledge and information required in activities such as strategic decision,planning compilation,project study and approval,and innovation and scientific and technological progress in our country communication and electronic technology field,but also provides the scientific research and education departments in the other professional fields with the capabilities to establish their own information resource service platforms,as a dedicated software platform.
