Nowadays,with the further development of informationization,information modernization on tax management has reached a new level that data management is guided by the tax-related data analysis.However,massive tax-related data analysis need not only the concentration of the massive data,but the faithfulness and effectiveness of the tax data as well.How to guarantee the the faithfulness and effectiveness of the data in each tax system is the first problem we face in the present tax data management.Meanwhile,it is also the most important task of carrying out daily management and managing tax by information.Tax managed by data is the key way for developing tax informationization.Along with the development of information technology,applying multiple information technologies to tax data management is a remarkable phase of tax managed by data.Facing the new situation and new requirements,Shaanxi Local Taxation has absorbed advanced experience of tax information management form other provinces and developed a variety of effective information management to tax information management,and it has made great achievements.However,the degree of information technology in recent years growing fast,with the growth rate of the system construction,it is more difficult to manage tax data,the pressure of tax data quality management is also increasing year by year,in the face of tax data quality control,we still in a separate phase.Tax data quality management module of the tax data support system is the initial results of the development of data management tax,by its successful implementation,the conventional single data quality management into a centralized quality control,fully implemented the electronic integration,intensive quality control mode,in order to strengthen tax household management,improve the organization provide a solid income base support.This thesis aims to introduce the research background and research status home and aboard of data quality management module of the tax data support system and combine with the application status and management problems from the current Local Tax system to explain the importance and necessity of building the tax data management supporting the system data quality management module.In the second place,I will use case diagram,flow chart,and E-R diagram to analyses and design the whole system and data base.The design of the whole system includes six function modules:rules management,problems management,monitor management,results management,inquiry statistical analysis,and system maintenance.Meanwhile,I will use some current popular information technologies as follows:J2EE technology,JSP technology,WEBLOGIC middleware technology,Oracle lOg database technology,and OracleODI data synchronization technology.I will combine with business requirements from the current tax system data quality management and try to implement each business function of the whole data quality management module.At last,we made the test case to test every function module of the System functionality?performance and prove the system's functionality and reliability.Therefore,we can guarantee the successful operation of data quality management.This system has been popularized and applicated to our province since February,2016.It has accomplished the quality management of 35 system data,cleaned up more than 80,000 junk data and paid nearly 25.8725 millions in back taxes.This system not only improves the quality of the data and promotes the standardization of the management,but also strengthens the management of Shaanxi Local tax and reduces the risk of tax law enforcement.What's more,it will provide a solid,strong guarantee for promoting the project Third Period of Golden Tax and managing tax by data in the future.
