Research And Development Of Quality Tracking System For Turbine's Parts Based On Bar Code

Production of major equipment supporting parts is gradually transformed from processing to outsourcing.As parts are various and numerous,quality problems occur in the manufacturing process.Information of quality is difficult to trace,and relevant response is slow.Therefore,it is essential to research and develop a set of quality management and traceability system for the supporting of major equipment.Based on the implementation of Q enterprise quality information system,this paper proposes the supply chain quality tracking / tracing model by applying the bar code technology.Through exclusive part codes,tracking processing and acquisition process for outsourcing of processing quality feedback,and reversible traceability could help to find and screen out potential quality problems and corresponding parts information.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper focuses the research status of traceability systems,and discusses bar code technology,quality and traceability management and other related theories.Then,according to the processing flow of turbine components in Q Enterprises,overall program design,functional design,coding,design quality and traceability system suitable data acquisition program were designed and applied.Through the whole process modeling of outsourcing,warehousing process for turbine parts,it is possible to establish product information database for outsourcing parts,combined with the engineering knowledge,to identify the causes of the quality accident and the supplier's information.Finally,the actual cases verified quality tracing system based on bar code technology solving the problems,such as information is not shared and the process is difficult to be monitored.The quality of information traceability issues improve the quality of enterprise management level,and make benefits for the enterprise.
